- Rights you Licence / Licence Agreement
When submitting Content to Idiot UK Drivers Exposed, you grant Idiot UK Drivers Exposed a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, exclusive licence to use, copy, disclose, distribute, reproduce, publish, monetize, incorporate and otherwise use such Content, including, without limitation, on the Websites, on other websites, on all Idiot Drivers Exposed social media channels, on physical products and in promotional and/or marketing material developed, in each case whether developed by us or on the behalf of our affiliates.
2. If you have submitted/uploaded your content to other Media, including a brand on Social Media Channels on Facebook, X, TikTok, Instagram, Rumble, Snapchat, Bluesky and YouTube, you grant Idiot UK Drivers Exposed the exclusive rights to still use your content across all of Idiot UK Drivers Exposed Social Media Channels, that includes, Facebook, X, TikTok, Instagram, Rumble, Bluesky, Snapchat & YouTube and on our Websites even if your content has been uploaded elsewhere by you (the Uploader)
By agreeing and signing these Terms of Service set out in 1. & 2., you (the Uploader) accept the terms of service. You agree that your content will not be removed from Idiot UK Drivers Exposed Websites or Social Media Channels if asked by the Media or brands on Social Media Channels, including Facebook, X, TikTok, Instagram, Rumble, Bluesky, Snapchat & YouTube. You agree that Idiot UK Drivers Exposed can use your content on our Social Media Channels and Websites even if your content is posted elsewhere.
Your content can only be removed by You, the Uploader. If you want to remove your content from our Websites / Social Media Channels, please email us at contact@idiotukdriversexposed.com. Please note that your full name and email must match what we have in this signed agreement.
